

He was story editor and writer in the first season of Distrito Salvaje (Netflix) and participated in the writers' room of Tijuana (Netflix).

He is co-creator and head writer of Frontera verde (Netflix), consulting producer and writer for Longboard (AppleTV+) series created by Mark Boal (Oscar winner for The Hurt Locker ) and Jason Horwitch (House of Cards, Rubicon ) and led the writing of Falco (Amazon), an International Emmy Award-winning series. He is the creator, showrunner, and co-director of the first Movistar Play series produced in Colombia, Ruido Capital, which premiered at the Berlinale 2020 and was part of the Official Selection of the Seriencamp Festival in Munich.

He has participated in festivals and artistic residences worldwide such as the Toronto International Film Festival Talent Lab, Tribeca All Access, Buenos Aires Talents, Morelia, Beijing, Biarritz, Sao Paulo, San Sebastian, and Huesca.

While attending graduate school in New York City, he worked with Pitchfork Media, where he participated in the production of video clips for groups such as Sonic Youth, Grizzly Bear, Hot Chip, Jonsi of Sigur Ros and The National. In 2008, for his studies at Columbia he received a scholarship from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and a Colfuturo grant. Graduated with honors from Columbia University's Master of Film in New York, with his projects as a writer and/or director he has participated in Toronto, Rome, Palm Springs, Zurich, Huelva, Sao Paulo, Morelia, Bafici and have been awarded in Annecy, Guadalajara, Biarritz, Malaga, Cartagena, the Tribeca Film Institute, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, and the Fund for Film Development (FDC), among others.
